This page explains how available payment methods, order totals, transaction authorization, and checkout security are handled when you place an order through elmoraven.com.
Checkout displays the payment methods currently available for your location, currency, device, order details, and the payment providers supported at that time. Please select one of the payment methods shown during checkout.
Orders may be subject to transaction authorization and verification before payment is accepted and fulfillment begins. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may approve, decline, reverse, or place a temporary authorization hold on a transaction. Authorization-hold periods are controlled by the applicable provider.
Checkout is processed through Shopify together with applicable payment providers and uses measures intended to protect transaction information. Complete payment-card information is handled by Shopify and the applicable payment service providers involved in processing the transaction.
Security reminder: Elmoravenā¢ will not ask you to send complete card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials by email.
Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and your final order total. Prices on elmoraven.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown. Please review your products, quantities, addresses, and order total carefully before completing payment.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may separately impose foreign-exchange, international transaction, currency-conversion, or other financial-institution fees. These charges are determined and collected by your financial provider and are not charged or controlled by Elmoravenā¢.
Valid promotional or discount codes should be entered before checkout is completed. Please confirm that the applicable discount is reflected in your order total before submitting payment. Promotions may be subject to product eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, availability, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.
If a payment is declined, please verify your payment details and contact your bank or payment provider if necessary. A pending amount may be a temporary authorization. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your order number and the relevant transaction information. Do not send complete payment credentials by email.
After an order is successfully submitted, an order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct. You may also contact customer support for assistance.
If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly or you need help with checkout, email service@elmoraven.com with your order number, if available, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
