Elmoraven™ is owned and operated by Beijing Lingwei Technology Co., Ltd.. These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through elmoraven.com.

By accessing the store, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the other policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the store or submit an order.

To make a purchase independently, you must have reached the age of legal majority applicable to you. If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. Colors, textures, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, production tolerances, materials, or other normal product differences.

Prices are shown in the currency presented during checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may review, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or inability to fulfill the order.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Eligible returns and refunds are subject to the requirements, time periods, conditions, and procedures stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and supporting information where appropriate.

We will make reasonable efforts to change or cancel an order before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Products should be used only for their intended household or pet-related purpose and in accordance with any product-specific instructions, warnings, or care guidance supplied with the item.

Customers interested in unusually large orders, business purchasing, or resale should contact customer support before ordering. Resale availability and applicable terms may be confirmed separately. Purchasing products does not make a customer an agent, representative, partner, or authorized retailer of Elmoraven™.

The Elmoraven™ name, branding, graphics, photographs, product presentation, website text, design concepts, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Store content may not be copied, republished, distributed, manufactured, imitated, or used commercially without authorization where protected by law.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, contains sensitive personal information, or is unrelated to the relevant product or service.

You may not use the website to commit fraud or unlawful activity, introduce malicious code, interfere with website security, collect information about other users without authorization, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or misrepresent your identity or relationship with Elmoraven™.

Our store uses Shopify and may rely on third-party payment, shipping, analytics, communication, and other service providers. Their products, services, websites, or privacy practices may be governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, transportation disruptions, customs delays, government action, technical failures, or similar circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and identify an appropriate solution under the circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and store services are provided subject to the limitations and disclaimers stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liabilities or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Use of the store and purchases are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply based on the transaction or customer’s location. Customers are encouraged to contact customer support first so that any concern can be reviewed in good faith.
